NYC Best Sports Bars
In New York City, we like our sports bars the same way we like our sports teams: incredibly good, fast-paced and downright exciting. Luckily, NYC Best Bars has the whole "best sports bar" thing down pat--and that's why Manhattan patrons keep our waitstaff busy slinging beers and delivering wings to local patrons every single weekend. Take for instance The Stumble Inn on the Upper East Side, where the 14 draft beers, 15 bottled beers and long list of specialty cocktails come with complete with a high-def view of the game.
Even if you're not a fan of the New York teams (we've seen Steelers fans show their faces here a few times,) it's all in good fun. Or, if you're more an Upper West Side dweller, there's Jake's Dilemma, where you can play foosball while you watch the big boys play on TV. Of course, the tried-and-true staple of the traditional sport bars has always been the Buffalo wing--a specialty that comes in the form of the Atomic Wing at Down the Hatch down in Greenwich Village.
If history is what you crave, there's the classic block on the Lower East Side that's home to Hair of the Dog. Not only is it a fan favorite (sports fan, that is) but it's just as good for game watching (and with $1 drafts, oh my!) as it is for nursing that hangover the next morning. Throw caution to the wind at 3 Sheets Saloon, where you can find patrons sipping their beers to the tune of 24 high-definition TVs and pretty much every NFL, NBA, MLB and NHL game that you'll want to check out--even the ones that are out of market for us New Yorkers. We can't promise your favorite team will win every time; but we can promise you'll have a blast watching them try in what are surely the best sports bars in NYC.
